Got well-appointed room with king bed as expected, loved it. The hotel location was excellent and unbeatable to let the front desk know again of the late check-out request the following morning before leaving for the event.

The location of this hotel was excellent, right off the freeway but surprisingly quiet. There were several businesses and restaurants within walking distance, making it very convenient for us. The staff at this hotel were very accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The basic amenities provided in the room were great. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the furnishings were new. The addition of a couch pullout was a nice touch.
The layout of the hotel could be improved. It was a bit confusing to find our room on the fourth floor North side.

The breakfast was good at 5.45, and the staff were consistently courteous. The room was large and beautifully maintained, complete with a refrigerator, balconies, and microwave. The hotel was not far from Spokane Valley and downtown.

The executive guest room was well-appointed and family-friendly with refrigerator and microwave, so that guests had essentials. The breakfast at 5.45. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect for Spokane Valley, really close to the Spokane river as well as restaurants.
Facilities were nice updated, but Wi-Fi was bad.

We had a fun overnight trip with a large group spanning ages 1 to 84. The pool was open and we had it to ourselves with scheduled reservations. The breakfast had both hot and cold options, saving us money. Friendly staff and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Looking forward to our next visit.
